Chocolate Callets

Chocolate callets straight from a Polish producer. At the ADIKAM manufactory in Borek Szlachecki near Kraków we have tempered chocolate to a Belgian recipe since 2016 — on pure cocoa butter, with no palm oil — and shaped it into callets that melt fast, evenly and with no chopping. Every batch is audited to IFS Food, with Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade certified cocoa.

Four characters to choose from: milk 32% — the velvety classic children adore; semisweet 54% — the all-round balance of sweetness and depth, perfect for ganache; dark 72% — intense cocoa with half the sugar of milk, for connoisseurs and pralines; and white chocolate flavour discs — a creamy finish for glazes and decoration. Each in a 1 kg pack for fountains, pastry shops and serious baking, and 500 g for the home kitchen.

Whichever you pick, you get the same thing: chocolate that flows in a glossy ribbon, holds its ratios in a recipe and tastes of cocoa, not sugar.
