500 g Packs

Half a kilogram of chocolate callets is the home-kitchen format: enough to bake, glaze and drink — too little to linger. Three ADIKAM chocolates to choose from: milk 32%, semisweet 54% and dark 72%, all from our manufactory in Borek Szlachecki, on pure cocoa butter with no palm oil, certified IFS Food, Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade.

One 500 g pouch covers a concrete plan: a tray of cookies with a proper amount of chocolate (160–200 g), ganache for a 24 cm cake (200 g of callets + 200 ml of 30% cream), a batch of gift truffles (2:1 ganache) and still a mug of thick hot chocolate at the end of the day (35–40 g per 200 ml of milk).

Callets melt evenly in a bain-marie or microwave and measure out to the gram with no chopping — which is why recipes work on the first try. The 500 g format is also the best way to test our quality before you reach for the kilogram.
