Shipping policy

We ship within Poland and to European Union countries. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being credited.

Delivery methods available in Poland: InPost Parcel Locker, InPost Courier and DPD Courier. Free delivery within Poland on orders from 150 zł. The cost and time of delivery to other EU countries depend on the order weight and are shown at checkout.

In summer, during periods of high temperatures, we pack the chocolate with particular care and dispatch parcels so as to reduce the risk of melting in transit.
