ADIKAM semisweet chocolate 54% callets — 1 kg for fountains, fondue and baking.
We have made it in Borek Szlachecki near Kraków since 2016: a Belgian recipe, cocoa mass and cocoa butter instead of palm oil, natural vanilla. Then tempering, and the callet form — small, even drops you can measure to the gram. The process is certified to IFS Food, and the cocoa comes from socially responsible farms with Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade certification.
54% cocoa is the point of balance where sweetness meets depth. Bold enough for a dessert to taste of chocolate rather than sugar; gentle enough that nobody at the table calls it bitter. It is an “everything chocolate” in the best sense: if you keep just one kind in your kitchen, make it this one.
A kilogram of semisweet is the base stock of a working kitchen. Ganache at a simple 1:1 ratio (500 g of callets + 500 ml of 30% cream) covers two cakes and fills a tart shell; a fountain for 20 guests takes the whole pouch (melted at 45°C with 50–80 ml of oil per kilogram); a cake glaze needs barely 150 g — leaving plenty for a brownie where 54% delivers chocolate depth without oversweetening. Callets melt evenly in a bain-marie or in the microwave (30-second bursts), with no chopping and no mess.

Sposób użycia
Odmierz potrzebną ilość dropsów i rozpuszczaj powoli w kąpieli wodnej lub w urządzeniu do czekolady, mieszając do uzyskania gładkiej konsystencji. Do fontann i fondue stosuj ilość oraz temperaturę zgodną z instrukcją urządzenia.
