A kilogram of chocolate callets is the working format — for fountains, pastry shops, cafés and every kitchen that bakes more often than on holidays. All four ADIKAM characters: milk 32%, semisweet 54%, dark 72% and white chocolate flavour discs — straight from our manufactory in Borek Szlachecki, no palm oil, certified IFS Food, Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade.

What does a kilogram buy you in practice? A chocolate fountain for about 20 guests (callets + 50–80 ml of vegetable oil per kilogram, working at 40–45°C). Two trays of brownies and a run of cookies. Ganache for several cakes at 1:1. Or simply a reserve that never runs out mid-recipe — you pour callets out to the gram and the rest waits, sealed, at 15–25°C.
