From our manufactory in Borek Szlachecki near Kraków, where since 2016 we have produced to a Belgian recipe: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, zero palm oil. Every batch passes audited IFS Food control, and the beans come from certified Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade farms — because an intense flavour should never have a bitter origin.
72% cocoa is chocolate for people who read percentages. In 100 g there are only 28 g of sugar — half of what milk chocolate carries — but 8.6 g of protein and the full register of cocoa aromatics: roasted bean, dark fruit and an oaky bitterness that finishes clean, never astringent. It does not fade into cream, and it does not drown under sugar in a bake.
A kilogram of dark is serious-kitchen ammunition. Truffles from a 2:1 ganache (400 g of callets + 200 ml of 30% cream) use a third of the pouch; a dense, intense brownie takes 200 g; fondue with seasonal fruit — 300 g of callets + 150 ml of cream — delivers the contrast that sends guests back for a third skewer. Melt in a bain-marie up to 50°C or in microwave bursts; the callets flow evenly, no chopping, no waste.

Sposób użycia
Odmierz potrzebną ilość dropsów i rozpuszczaj powoli w kąpieli wodnej lub w urządzeniu do czekolady, mieszając do uzyskania gładkiej konsystencji. Do fontann i fondue stosuj ilość oraz temperaturę zgodną z instrukcją urządzenia.
