About us

Polish chocolate craft since 2016

ADIKAM is a family chocolate manufactory in Borek Szlachecki near Kraków, run by the Trąbka family. We started in 2016 with one simple assumption: the chocolate a pastry chef reaches for every day must be as good as the one celebrated on holidays. That is why we pair a Belgian recipe and top-grade ingredients with Polish precision — and seal them in callets that melt fast, evenly and with zero waste.

Rule one: no shortcuts in the ingredients

Our chocolates are made exclusively on cocoa butter — no palm oil, no substitutes, no compromises. Sugar, cocoa, milk, natural vanilla: a label you can read out loud without stumbling. We believe premium starts on the label — so every product page lists the full ingredients, allergens and nutrition, and we say openly that our white-flavour discs are a coating, not chocolate.

Quality proven by audits, not adjectives

Every batch passes controls to the international IFS Food standard. We buy cocoa from farms certified by Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade — because good chocolate cannot begin with bad working conditions on a plantation. You will find all three certificates on every pouch we ship.

A scale that obliges

We produce over 10 million chocolate items a year, present on four continents. Pastry shops, cafés, hotels and home-baking enthusiasts across Poland trust us — and now, through this store, customers across Europe can too. A short road from mould to dessert is our recipe for freshness: chocolate that leaves our line today reaches pastry ovens and family tables within the same week.

Four characters, one craft

Milk 32%, semisweet 54%, dark 72% and white chocolate flavour discs — each made for fountains, fondue, glazes, ganache and baking. Not sure where to begin? Our Chocolate Academy explains the cocoa percentages, and Recipes shares tested ratios — from truffles to fountains.
