A premium 14-day right of withdrawal

Although our products are foodstuffs (which under EU law may be exempt from the right of withdrawal), ADIKAM voluntarily grants consumers a full 14-day right of return. If your purchase did not delight you — we refund your money.

How to return an order

  1. Write to shop@bestchocolate.eu with your order number and a note that you wish to withdraw (no reason required).
  2. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours together with shipping instructions.
  3. Send the goods back to ADIKAM Sp. z o.o., ul. Szlachecka 42, 32-050 Borek Szlachecki, Poland (return shipping at the buyer's cost).
  4. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method.

Exceptions

  • Opened gift sets — quality complaints only
  • Personalised B2B packages with the client's logo — no right of withdrawal (statutory exemption)

B2B customers (companies with a VAT ID)

Businesses do not have the consumer right of withdrawal. Individual arrangements are set out in the contract / pro forma invoice.
