ADIKAM milk chocolate 32% callets — 1 kg for fountains, fondue and baking.
Made at our manufactory in Borek Szlachecki near Kraków, where since 2016 we have combined a Belgian recipe with Polish precision. Whole milk powder, pure cocoa butter and not a gram of palm oil — tempered chocolate shaped into callets, each lighter than a penny, melting faster than you can line your baking tray. Quality is audited to the IFS Food standard, and our cocoa comes from responsible farms certified by Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade.
32% cocoa is milk-chocolate classicism at its best: a velvety texture, a clear note of vanilla and a caramel finish that lingers. In a fountain it flows in a wide, glossy ribbon without streaks; in a bake, each callet holds its shape just long enough to leave molten pockets of chocolate inside your muffins.
A kilogram is a working portion, not a tasting one. It runs a chocolate fountain for around 20 guests (melt the callets at 42–45°C and add 50–80 ml of vegetable oil per kilogram), bakes two trays of cookies (150–200 g of callets per 100 g of flour) or makes 10 mugs of thick hot chocolate (35–40 g per 200 ml of milk). The rest keeps without guilt — callets need no chopping, so you pour out exactly as much as you need.

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: E322 (sunflower), natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids 32% minimum.

Sposób użycia
Odmierz potrzebną ilość dropsów i rozpuszczaj powoli w kąpieli wodnej lub w urządzeniu do czekolady, mieszając do uzyskania gładkiej konsystencji. Do fontann i fondue stosuj ilość oraz temperaturę zgodną z instrukcją urządzenia.
