Effective from 1 June 2026.

§ 1. Data controller

§ 2. What data we collect

  • Customer account: e-mail, first and last name
  • Orders: delivery address, phone number, VAT ID (for B2B)
  • Analytics cookies (GA4) — with your consent
  • Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) — with your consent

§ 3. Purposes of processing

  • Order fulfilment (legal basis: contract)
  • Issuing invoices (legal obligation)
  • Own marketing (legitimate interest or consent)
  • Newsletter (consent)

§ 4. Recipients of data

Processors: Shopify, BaseLinker, Stripe/Przelewy24/PayPal, Google (GA4, Ads), Klaviyo, couriers InPost/DPD/DHL, our accounting office. All bound by data processing agreements (DPA).

§ 5. Transfers outside the EEA

Shopify (USA), Stripe (USA), Klaviyo (USA), Google (USA) — Standard Contractual Clauses + EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

§ 6. Retention periods

  • Customer account: until deletion + 5 years (statutory)
  • Orders, invoices: 5 years (tax obligation)
  • Cookies: 14 months
  • Marketing: until consent is withdrawn

§ 7. Your rights (GDPR)

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability
  • Objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time
  • Complaint to a supervisory authority — in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl); you may also contact the authority in your own EU country
