Effective from 1 June 2026.

§ 1. General provisions

The seller in the bestchocolate.eu store is ADIKAM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Borek Szlachecki, ul. Szlachecka 42, 32-050 Borek Szlachecki, Poland, VAT ID: PL9442252594, REGON: 365564932, National Court Register (KRS): 0000640297.

§ 2. Placing orders

Orders can be placed via bestchocolate.eu 24/7. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail. Orders are processed once payment has been credited.

§ 3. Payments

Available methods: BLIK and instant transfers (Przelewy24), card payments (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, and traditional bank transfer for B2B customers with a VAT ID (based on a pro forma invoice).

§ 9. Final provisions

These Terms apply from the date of publication. Changes will be announced 14 days in advance. The governing law is Polish law; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected. This is a courtesy translation — in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
