  1. Write to us — include your company name, VAT ID, industry, estimated monthly volume and preferred order format.
  2. Receive an offer — individual terms matched to your scale: pricing, lead times and delivery. VAT-registered clients receive full invoices; traditional bank transfer against a proforma is available.
  3. Order whenever you need — standing deliveries on an agreed rhythm or ad-hoc orders; in summer we ship in insulated packaging so the goods arrive bloom-free. With regular volumes we also plan seasonal peaks together — from Fat Thursday to Christmas — so you never run out of chocolate in the hottest week of your year.
