ADIKAM milk chocolate 32% callets are the classic in its purest form: whole milk, pure cocoa butter and natural vanilla, no palm oil. Made at our manufactory in Borek Szlachecki to a Belgian recipe, with every batch audited to IFS Food and cocoa certified by Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade.

32% cocoa delivers a velvety, creamy sweetness with a caramel finish — the flavour children pick without hesitation and adults appreciate for its grain-free smoothness. In a chocolate fountain it flows in a wide, glossy ribbon; in cookies it leaves molten chocolate pockets; in a mug it turns milk into thick Italian cioccolata calda (35–40 g per 200 ml).

You measure callets to the gram straight from the pouch — no board, no knife, no waste. Pick the format that matches your tempo: 1 kg for a 20-guest fountain and serial baking, or 500 g for home cookies, ganache and hot chocolate.
