White — flavour discs

Creamy, vanilla-and-milk discs with white chocolate flavour — the working tool of decorators and pastry cooks. Made at our facility in Borek Szlachecki under the same IFS Food quality regime as ADIKAM chocolates.

We say it straight: this is a confectionery coating, not white chocolate as defined by law — it contains hydrogenated vegetable fat. We treat that honesty as part of our quality, and in return you get a predictability that “real” white chocolate often refuses: discs thinner than callets melt at just 38–42°C, pour smoothly and set evenly, with none of the tempering drama.

The results? A glossy glaze for no-bake cheesecake (200 g of discs + 100 ml of 30% cream), curls, lacework and shards for cakes, a creamy counterpoint to nuts in a blondie, a pale ribbon in fountains and fondue. A 1 kg pouch covers a dozen-plus bakes or a weekend of intense decorating.
